The last Sunday of May finds Pack 89 at the Melrose Schoolhouse in Melrose Ct preparing for this annual event to honor the veterans that gave their all. This ceremony takes place in the Melrose Cemetary. There are veterans there from as far back as the Civil War.
Traditionally, the names of each Veteran is read out loud for all to hear.
The last Monday in May finds the Pack in Warehouse Point CT for the Town's official Memorial Day Parade and Service.
The boys take this seriously although they still love a parade.
